
Service Policy
Kindly remove any excess items that may be considered clutter from the spaces you are asking us to clean before we arrive. Any cluttered areas will be passed over or may be charged an additional cleaning fee if the area in question is necessary for our cleaning process. This will be decided at the discretion of the cleaner.
We are a pet friendly company, we ourselves have pets and understand that they are family members however, the safety of our employees is our number one priority. Therefore we do ask that you keep your pet somewhere comfortable while we are occupying your space.
Please be advised that we offer a number of service packages, as listed on our website, and your cleaning experience will be tailored to the package you select during booking. Any additional service may be requested in addition to the checklist provided, as long as the client makes this request prior to your booked service.
Please note that prices and allotted time are just a reference based on the corresponding checklist provided on our website for the package you have selected. These are subject to change depending on if your specific cleaning needs require more than our standard estimate.
You will not be charged during your booking, your cleaners will charge you for the required amount following the completion of your service. If you wish to pay with a different card or with cash you must inform your cleaner of this prior to them leaving the property or the card used to book will be charged.
The cost of booking does not include a gratuity, if you would like to tip your cleaner please advise them the amount you wish to tip and this will be added to your overall charge. If you wish to wait until a later date to provide your cleaner with a tip, please just email us regarding how much you would like and we will add this payment to your card.
We understand that some things arise that are out of our control, however we do have a strict 24hr cancelation policy. For first time cancellations within this period you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. However, if this is a recurring issue you will be charged 50% of your full estimated service charge for a cancelation with fewer than 24 hours notice.
Please allow a one-hour arrival time window for all cleanings. Our cleaners go directly from appointment to appointment, therefore on occasion they may arrive later or earlier than the scheduled appointment time so if your schedule is not flexible please let us know, prior to your appointment time, so we can do our best to accommodate.
